Our company is seeking a high-performing Partnership & Sales Manager to lead revenue generation, strategic alliances, and enterprise client acquisition for our growing tech services portfolio. This role demands a commercially astute professional with a strong track record in closing deals and building sustained business relationships.

Position Summary

The Partnership & Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales strategy execution, expanding our market presence, and converting high-potential prospects into long-term enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in consultative tech sales and partnership development.

Core Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth through strategic sales of technology services.
  • Identify, establish, and manage key business partnerships.
  • Convert prospects into recurring and loyal clients.
  • Execute end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to closure.
  • Represent the company in high-level client engagements and negotiations.
  • Conduct market penetration and business development initiatives.
  • Deliver consistent performance against defined revenue targets.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years professional experience in tech sales or B2B services.
  • Demonstrated success in closing and sustaining profitable client accounts.
  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Must be resident in Lagos State.
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and field-driven role.
