Job Brief
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact between our company and its customers. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, orders, and complaints efficiently while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced, night-time food delivery environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and online platforms.
  • Process order placements, modifications, and delivery follow-ups with accuracy and speed.
  • Provide detailed product information and handle customer complaints courteously.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and logistics teams to confirm order readiness and dispatch.
  • Track deliveries and update customers on order status to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Compile daily and weekly reports on feedback, order trends, and issues.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements for efficiency.

Requirements

  • OND/HND/Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in food delivery or QSR.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in WhatsApp, Google Workspace, Excel, and food delivery platforms.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work night shifts (Tuesday-Sunday).
