Job Description

As a Kitchen Assistant at Rapid Grill House, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily kitchen operations and assisting the grill team in meal preparation. You'll work closely with the griller to prepare meats, sauces and side dishes while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

This role requires someone who already has basic cooking knowledge and can support with both grilling preparation and general kitchen duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing barbeque items, including seasoning and marinating meats, chopping vegetables and organizing ingredients for service.
  • Prepare and cook basic dishes such as spaghetti, sides and house sauces as directed by the grill chef or supervisor.
  • Maintain proper cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen, including washing utensils, cleaning equipment and ensuring food safety standards are followed.
  • Help with plating, packaging and assembling orders.
  • Monitor stock levels and alert the supervisor when ingredients or packaging materials are running low.
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by the Griller or Supervisor.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Sunday(One day off), 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
