1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Lead the recruitment process for all roles, ensuring timely and quality hires.
- Coordinate onboarding and ensure smooth integration of new employees.
- Maintain an updated manpower plan aligned with operational and expansion needs.
2. Training & Development
- Identify training needs across departments and implement training plans.
- Translate SOPs into functional training materials for operational roles.
- Track training participation, effectiveness, and time-to-productivity.
3. Performance Management
- Oversee the performance management system and ensure compliance with timelines.
- Support outlet leads in setting and reviewing employee performance targets.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Build a positive workplace culture through open communication and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage grievances and disciplinary matters professionally and in line with company policy.
- Advise management on employee morale, retention, and welfare strategies.
5. HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain up-to-date HR records, including attendance, leave, and payroll data.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements (PAYE, pensions, etc.).
- Periodically review and update HR policies to reflect best practices and legal standards.
6. Compensation & Benefits
- Support payroll preparation, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
- Review salary structures and recommend adjustments aligned with market competitiveness.
- Manage employee benefits and recognition programs.
7. Organizational Development & Reporting
- Provide HR analytics and insights for management decision-making.
- Support organizational restructuring and workforce planning
- Prepare and submit periodic HR reports to management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related discipline.
CIPM, HRCI, SPHRI or its equivalent is an added advantage
Minimum of 5 years' relevant HR experience, preferably within the hospitality, QSR, or FMCG sector.
