HR Assistant

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist with posting job vacancies on various platforms.
- Screen CVs and schedule interviews.
- Support coordination of interviews with hiring managers.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.
- Facilitate new employee orientation and ensure smooth integration of employees.
2. HR Administration:
- Maintain up-to-date employee records (physical and digital).
- Handle HR documentation including memos, letters, warnings, and confirmations.
- Track employee attendance, leave, and punctuality.
- Support monthly HR reports and data collection.
3. Employee Relations:
- Provide support in addressing staff inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in coordinating staff engagement activities and welfare programs.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
