Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources specialist located in Lekki. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage the daily HR operations, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The role involves developing HR policies, fostering a positive workplace culture, maintaining employee records, and planning and implementing organizational strategies to enhance team satisfaction and productivity.

  • HR Management, Recruitment, and Employee Relations skills
  • Training and Development, Organizational Development, and Workforce Planning expertise
  • Experience with Compliance, Labor Laws, and HR Policies
  • Strong interpersonal communication and leadership abilities
  • Problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPM) is an advantage
