Job Summary:

The Marketing and Sales Officer is responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase company visibility, attract new customers, and drive revenue growth. The role involves promoting products or services through marketing campaigns, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target audiences.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing and sales efforts.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and sales metrics.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and customer meetings.
  • Manage social media presence and digital advertising to improve brand awareness.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing and sales (minimum of 2–5 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
