Key Responsibilities


• Translate company strategy into measurable operational goals and results.


• Oversee and optimize core functions (HR, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, Sales).


• Partner with the CFO on financial health, cost optimization, and profitability.


• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.


• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.


• Lead adoption of technologies that boost efficiency and service quality.


• Strengthen partnerships with stakeholders, regulators, and key industry players.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).


• 10–15+ years of progressive leadership in operations or general management.


• Proven success in a COO/GM/senior ops role in oil & gas or related sectors.


• Strong track record in scaling operations across geographies/business units.


• Exceptional financial acumen, strategic vision, and people leadership.
