1. Fuel Depot Manager (FDM)

Responsible for overseeing daily depot operations, inventory control, and safety compliance.

Key Duties:

  • Manage fuel supply, storage, and distribution
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental standards
  • Supervise depot staff and logistics schedules
  • Monitor fuel quality, delivery timelines, and loss control


2. Accountant

Handles all financial transactions, reporting, and record-keeping to ensure transparency and fiscal integrity.

Key Duties:

  • Prepare and review financial statements and budgets
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable
  • Conduct regular audits and reconcile accounts
  • Support management with cost analysis and forecasting


3. Administrator (Admin Officer)

Provides administrative and operational support to ensure smooth business processes across all departments.

Key Duties:

  • Manage office documentation and logistics
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communication channels
  • Maintain staff and project records
  • Support compliance and reporting procedures


4. Software Developer

Develops and maintains Chess-T Group's business automation tools, digital platforms, and internal systems.

Key Duties:

  • Design, code, and test software solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build web and mobile applications
  • Maintain databases and ensure cybersecurity best practices
  • Innovate digital workflows that improve efficiency


5. Filling Station Manager

Oversees the daily operations, staff, and profitability of a Chess-T Group filling station.

Key Duties:

  • Supervise sales, inventory, and safety compliance
  • Manage station staff and schedules
  • Handle cash flow and daily reports
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to operational standards


6. Filling Station Supervisor

Assists the manager in ensuring efficient service delivery and compliance at the station.

Key Duties:

  • Supervise pump attendants and monitor transactions
  • Track product levels and coordinate refills
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational efficiency
  • Report to the Filling Station Manager on daily activities
