About the Role:

We seeks a highly organized and creative leader to oversee the daily operations of our music, film, and fashion academy. You will supervise production projects, manage instructors, and ensure an excellent experience for both students and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all academy departments (Music, Film, Fashion, and Studio)
  • Manage client projects including music videos, weddings, and photoshoots
  • Supervise and mentor instructors and creative staff
  • Approve creative concepts, budgets, and production timelines
  • Maintain operational efficiency and high creative standards
  • Report directly to the CEO

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a creative leadership role (music, film, or fashion industry)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously
  • Leadership and team coordination experience
