Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and connected Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role within the Fintech industry, leveraging a robust network to drive business growth and forge strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and business opportunities in the Fintech sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and potential clients.
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance market position.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective pipeline management and deal closure.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, and customer service teams to align and support business development efforts.
- Provide regular reports and insights on business development activities and market feedback to senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years experience in business development within the Fintech or financial services industry.
- Proven success in building strategic partnerships and driving business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage.
- Strong professional network within the Fintech and financial services ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- In-depth understanding of the Fintech landscape, trends, and regulatory environment.
- Self-motivated, analytical, and proactive with the ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
