We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: HR / Admin Officer

Job Location: Agungi, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Responnsible for providing support in the various human resources functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development.
  • Performance monitoring and employee counseling
  • Sourcing, recruiting and planning the overall HR strategy; assist in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure day-to-day smooth runnings of the office and that all records are kept up to date, whilst carrying out several administraative jobs.

Requirements

  • B.Sc Degree / HND qualification in Human Resources
  • 2-3 years of work experience as an HR Officer.
  • Ability to demonstrate accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills and Emotional Intelligence
  • Adept in understanding labour laws.

Preferred Skills:

  • Employee relations
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Strong observational skills.

Salary

N150,000 per month.
