Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Community Manager based in Ibadan. The Community Manager will be responsible for fostering engagement within our online communities, creating engaging content, and managing social platforms to strengthen the brand's presence and connection with audiences. Responsibilities include moderating discussions, responding to community inquiries, planning and executing social media campaigns, and gathering feedback to improve the customer experience. The role also includes collaborating with other teams to align community strategies with business goals. While in-office presence is required, some tasks may be performed remotely from home.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Community Engagement, Social Media Management, and fostering online interactions
  • Content Creation, Copywriting, and Content Marketing skills
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Analytics, and Strategic Campaign Planning
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage diverse audiences
  • Ability to analyze metrics and derive actionable insights to enhance engagement and growth
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms, content management systems, and marketing tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or relevant field
  • Familiarity with startups, growth hacking strategies, or experience within the marketing field is a plus
