Job Overview

The Store Manager is responsible for the daily management and performance of the assigned telecom retail store. The role oversees sales achievement, team leadership, customer experience, and inventory control to ensure smooth operations and optimal store profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day store operations and drive the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain real-time oversight of inventory inflow and outflow, ensuring availability of new and fast-moving products.
  • Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and adherence to visual merchandising and product display standards.
  • Develop and guide store staff through coaching, product knowledge training, and performance motivation.
  • Deliver high-quality customer experience through active engagement and service excellence.
  • Participate in operational decision-making, analyze business performance, and collaborate with regional departments on improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience in retail store management, preferably within telecoms or electronics.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
  • Proven sales management capability and experience meeting revenue targets.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and customer service standards.

Job Type: Full-time
