The Retail Sales Marketer will be responsible for promoting and selling Kyen Products directly to final consumers and small retail outlets. This role involves identifying potential customers, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective marketing and product promotion strategies.

Key Responsibilities

* Promote and sell Kyen Products to individual consumers and small retail stores within assigned territories.

* Identify new market opportunities and potential retail outlets.

* Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.

* Conduct product demonstrations, in-store promotions, and merchandising activities.

* Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.

* Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.

* Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports to the Sales Supervisor or Manager.

* Represent the brand professionally and uphold company values in all customer interactions.
