About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven
Sales & Marketing Manager
to design and implement marketing and sales strategies that drive revenue, strengthen customer relationships, and increase market share. The ideal candidate should be both creative and analytical, capable of leading a team, developing campaigns, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve company growth objectives.
  • Lead, train, and supervise the marketing and sales team.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities in the renewable energy market.
  • Build partnerships, manage client relationships, and strengthen brand visibility.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, market trends, and customer insights.
  • Collaborate with management to align marketing and operational strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3
    years' experience
    in
    sales and marketing
    , preferably within the
    renewable energy, power, or FMCG sectors
    .
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and team-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, digital marketing, and data analytics.
