Energy Talent Company (ETC)

Position: Recruiter

As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, engaging, and recruiting top talent for both open roles within the solar companies we partner with and prospective members of the Elite Corp community. Your primary responsibilities will encompass building and maintaining a pool of qualified candidates for various roles, ensuring a seamless recruitment process, and encouraging prospective members to apply for our community.

To Be Successful:

  • Professional demeanour, excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail
  • A high degree of independence and experience with self-management
  • Ability to work against firm deadlines to achieve targets and objectives.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • 2 years of experience in recruitment and/or HR
  • Basic proficiency in gathering and analysing data using excel or other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent written skills in English, especially report writing.
  • Success in collaborative relationships within and across teams.
  • Ability to organise and implement research.
  • Entrepreneurial, the creative, proactive mindset required for a start-up culture that demands taking ownership of targets and seeking opportunities for improvement/growth.

What You'll Do:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Source, identify, and engage candidates for open roles in our partner solar companies.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop strategies for fulfilling them.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments.
  • Maintain an updated candidate database and pipeline.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process for our solar company partners.

Community Member Recruitment:

  • Promote the ETC Program to potential members, emphasizing the benefits and opportunities of joining.
  • Identify and target suitable candidates for community membership.
  • Conduct outreach, including calls, emails, and social media searches to encourage prospective members to apply.
  • Guide applicants through the application process and answer any questions they may have.

Reporting:

  • Keep records of recruitment activities, candidate profiles, and member prospects.
  • Generate regular reports on recruitment progress and member applications.
  • Analyze data to improve the recruitment process continually.
