Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Recruiter located in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Junior Recruiter will manage recruitment pipelines, screen resumes, coordinate and schedule interviews, and provide support to candidates throughout the hiring process. The individual will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and assist with creating job descriptions. Additionally, the Junior Recruiter will play a role in sourcing qualified candidates through various channels, including online platforms, career fairs, and professional networks.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with candidates and team members
  • Ability to effectively handle recruitment tasks such as resume screening, interview coordination, and sourcing
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of recruitment platforms and experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage
  • Familiarity with the job market and hiring trends in Lagos State, Nigeria is a plus
  • Relevant work experience in recruitment or HR support is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable
