Our client, a fast-growing bakery in Uyo, is seeking a skilled and hands-on Production Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient production processes.

- Experience Level : Senior level
- Experience Length : 5 years

- Oversee the entire bakery production process from start to finish.
- Plan, organize, and manage production schedules to meet demand.
- Supervise and train bakery staff to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.
- Implement best practices to optimize productivity and minimize waste.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with procurement for raw materials.

- Minimum of 5 years' proven experience as a Bakery Production Manager.
- Must be a professional baker with hands-on baking expertise.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Must be under 35 years of age.
- Ability to manage a team and meet production targets.
