Location: Remote (Nigeria)

Employment Type: Full-time (9AM – 5PM)

Salary: ₦65,000/month + 14.5GB Monthly Postpaid Data Bonus

Availability: Must be active daily on Slack and collaborate with the team

We are building a world-class fintech product, and we are looking for a creative multimedia and graphics designer to bring our brand to life.

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Multimedia & Graphics Designer to manage and create all visual content for Gloubal. You will be responsible for defining our brand identity through compelling graphics, motion design, videos, and other multimedia assets used across our app, website, and social media channels.

This role requires a highly creative individual who can work remotely, collaborate effectively via Slack, and deliver high-quality content consistently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and design Gloubal's primary brand assets, including:
  • Company logo
  • Colour palette and typography
  • App screenshots and mockups
  • Brand guidelines
  • Create daily multimedia assets for social media and marketing campaigns, including:
  • Motion graphics
  • Still graphics
  • Short promotional videos
  • UI/UX-inspired visuals
  • Maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels
  • Collaborate with the product, marketing, and leadership teams to meet creative requirements
  • Manage company stationery designs as needed
  • Ensure timely delivery of all media materials
  • Participate in daily Slack communication to align with team goals

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Design the company's logo, social media background images, app screenshots, app icon, website images.
  • Deliver a minimum of 4 multimedia social media assets per day for the social media team (graphics, videos, motion assets, or a planned mix)
  • Ensure high-quality, on-brand visuals that align with Gloubal's tone and style
  • Meet weekly and monthly creative milestones
  • Maintain consistency and originality across all design outputs

Note:

Where KPIs are not met without prior communication or valid justification, Gloubal reserves the right to adjust monthly compensation proportionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a graphics or multimedia designer
  • Proficiency in tools such as:
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe After Effects
  • Figma
  • Canva (optional but beneficial)
  • Motion design and video editing experience
  • Strong understanding of branding and digital design principles
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a remote team
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and time-management abilities
