Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Manager and Graphics Designer. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing and optimizing social media platforms, developing and executing content strategies, creating engaging graphics, coordinating social media campaigns, and writing compelling content for various channels. The role requires strong communication and social media marketing skills to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Role Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our brand's mission.

Create, schedule, and manage engaging posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X

Design high-quality social media graphics, short-form videos, and marketing materials.

Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all visuals and content.

Engage with our online community, respond to comments, messages, and grow our audience.

Track social media performance and optimize strategies for engagement.

Stay up to date with social media trends to keep content fresh and relevant.

Qualifications

  • Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
  • Excellent Communication and Writing skills
  • Experience in Content Strategy and campaign coordination
  • Proficiency in graphic design software and tools
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience with analytics tools to measure social media performance
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field
  • Applicants must have experience in BOTH social media management and graphic design.
