Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Representative, located in Abuja. The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for addressing client inquiries, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will handle customer communications, resolve service issues efficiently, and maintain a positive rapport with clients to foster trust and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
  • Proficiency in Customer Support and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction
  • Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with clients
  • Experience in Customer Service, including problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to remain professional and calm under pressure
  • Prior experience in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
