About the Company

Our client is a reputable insurance organization dedicated to providing comprehensive life insurance solutions and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Life Insurance Officer to support the growth of the life business unit.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in life insurance operations, underwriting, or claims. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a managerial career path while contributing to the company's life portfolio management and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and underwrite life insurance applications according to company and regulatory standards.
  • Review medical and financial documentation to determine appropriate risk levels.
  • Support the preparation and renewal of life policies and related client communication.
  • Assist in claims processing, verification, and documentation for prompt settlement.
  • Maintain accurate records of life policies, premiums, and reinsurance data.
  • Collaborate with finance, actuarial, and reinsurance teams to ensure efficient operations.
  • Ensure compliance with NAICOM guidelines and internal procedures.
  • Generate periodic reports on portfolio performance and underwriting activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Actuarial Science, Finance, or related fields.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in life insurance, underwriting, or claims.
  • Good knowledge of life insurance products and risk evaluation processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and insurance management software.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
