Position Overview:

We're looking for an experienced
Laravel Developer (3–5 years experience)
to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience with
Laravel
,
MySQL
,
PostgreSQL
,
React

and
API development
.

Experience with
Flutter
will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Gobeller's Laravel-based infrastructure and APIs.
  • Work with
    MySQL
    and
    PostgreSQL
    databases, focusing on schema design and optimization.
  • Build and integrate secure, scalable
    RESTful APIs
    .
  • Collaborate with
    React
    and
    Flutter
    developers for seamless cross-platform integration.
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and feature planning.
  • Ensure clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with
    Laravel (PHP 8+)
    .
  • Strong database experience with
    MySQL
    and
    PostgreSQL
    .
  • Good understanding of
    API architecture
    , authentication, and data flow.
  • Familiar with
    Git
    ,
    Composer
    , and
    queue systems
    (e.g., Redis, Horizon).
  • Basic knowledge of
    React
    or
    Flutter
    (added advantage).
  • Must be
    based in Abuja or Lagos
    , Nigeria.
  • Self-driven, problem-solver, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
