Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Client Success Executive to manage client communications and ensure exceptional customer experiences throughout the travel journey. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing timely assistance, after-sales support, and follow-up to guarantee satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all client communications across phone, email, and social media channels.
  • Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries and messages.
  • Support clients before, during, and after their trips, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Handle after-sales support, including post-trip feedback and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update booking or service details as needed.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Work closely with the operations and sales teams to deliver personalized service.
  • Monitor and report on client engagement and identify areas for service improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in client service, customer success, or travel operations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems.
  • Passion for travel and commitment to delivering top-tier client experiences.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
