Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions professionally.
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.

3. Performance Management

  • Develop and oversee performance appraisal systems.
  • Support managers in setting clear performance goals and career development plans.
  • Identify training and coaching needs for employees.

4. Compensation & Benefits

  • Administer payroll and benefits programs.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend compensation adjustments.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory deductions and benefits administration.

5. Training & Development

  • Design and implement learning and development programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
  • Support succession planning and leadership development.

6. HR Policy & Compliance

  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR metrics.

7. Strategic HR Management

  • Partner with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Analyze HR data to inform workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional HR certification CIPM, SPHRi highly required
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
