About the Role

4th Man HR is looking for a passionate and customer-focused
Customer Experience Specialist
to join our client's (Genade Homes) growing team. The ideal candidate will act as the voice and heart of Genade Homes, ensuring every client interaction is meaningful, personalized, and aligned with our brand promise.

You'll be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries, resolving issues with empathy, and continuously improving the overall customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Manage inquiries across multiple channels (calls, emails, social media, in person).
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Track customer satisfaction metrics and provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients and ensure seamless handovers between departments.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our real estate offerings, projects, and market trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of
    2 years' experience
    in customer service, client relations, or experience management (preferably in real estate or related industries).
  • Fluent in Hausa
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage professionally with clients at all levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive, empathetic, and results-driven mindset.
