Job Summary

An HR intern supports the Human Resources team in various aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and more. This role provides hands-on experience and learning opportunities in HR practices.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in posting job openings on company platforms and job boards.
  • Help coordinate interviews, schedule meetings, and communicate with candidates.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires.

Employee Relations:

  • Assist in addressing employee queries and concerns related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Support HR initiatives to promote employee engagement and well-being.

HR Administration:

  • Help maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and data analysis as needed.

Benefits and Compliance:

  • Support HR in administering employee benefits and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Special Projects:

  • Participate in HR projects, such as employee surveys, policy updates, or training initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
