Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant based in Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive-level administrative support, including managing schedules, compiling expense reports, and coordinating communication on behalf of executives. Additional tasks include sourcing clients for our luxury apartments, organizing meetings, maintaining records, and ensuring the efficient operation of the executive office.
Qualifications
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Clients Acquisition roles
- Ability to prepare and manage Expense Reports efficiently
- Proficiency in Executive Support, including scheduling, clients bookings, and meeting organization
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in productivity tools like MS Office or Google Workspace
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in a corporate or fast-paced environment is an advantage
