Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Personal Assistant located in Abuja. The Executive Personal Assistant will support executives by managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling executive communications. Responsibilities will also include maintaining diaries, managing clerical tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functions. The ideal candidate will provide proactive and efficient support to meet the dynamic needs of the organization and its leaders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong Communication and Diary Management skills
- Competence in Clerical Skills, with excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Proficiency in office software, including scheduling and communication tools
- Proven ability to work effectively in an on-site role in a dynamic environment
- Prior experience in executive or administrative assistance is highly advantageous
- Bachelor's degree
