We are seeking 2 professional field marketer dynamic and attractive candidates to join

our marketing team as Makeup Marketer Specialists. To help transform our cosmetic

landscape in the Nigeria market Marketer to drive product sales across the Africa

region. responsibilities will include promoting our products through offline channels, B2B

sales, and door-to-door interactions. Candidates will be tasked with building strong

customer relationships, executing sales strategies in various African countries,

distributing makeup products, and achieving sales targets.

● Drive sales of our products in Nigeria, develop promotional strategies through

offline, B2B, and e-commerce channels.

● Identifying and recommending retail products that perfectly match consumer

needs.

● Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.

● Engaging in door-to-door marketing and building strong relationships with clients.

● Negotiating prices, contracts, and terms of sales to achieve win-win agreements.

● Conducting market and competitor analysis to keep us ahead of industry trends.

● Maintain outstanding product condition and visual merchandising standards.

● A certain retailer needs and wants.

● Manage point-of-sale processes.

● Actively involved in receiving finalized deals.

● Keep up-to-date with product information.

● Identify potential customers through networking, cold calling, researching, email

outreach and mobile marketing.

● Customer engagement, negotiation prices, contracts, and terms of sales.

● Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

● Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.

Report & maintain accurate records of sales, customers interactions, and

transactions.

● Drive sales of our products across Nigeria by developing promotional strategies

through B2B.

● Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for

growth and expansion in the beauty market.

● Attend beauty industry events, trade shows, and virtual conferences to network

with key and showcase IDA Beauty products.

● Passion for beauty, makeup, luxury brands.

● Strong understanding of the beauty industry, products acknowledged and

consumer preferences are essential for a marketer in this sector.

● Candidates should be able to demonstrate a successful track record of meeting

sales targets.

● Supplying makeup products, and achieving sales targets.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to

understand their needs and preferences.

Candidates must be fluent in English and possess a deep understanding of both

the Nigeria market and the beauty industry.

Qualifications:

● Age: 30 to 37 years old.

● Proven experience in makeup marketing or a related field.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

● A passion for beauty and a keen eye for aesthetics.
