This role is crucial for ensuring regulatory compliance, asset integrity, and the safe, efficient, and cost-effective production of oil and gas. The role requires strong multidisciplinary coordination, commercial awareness, and technical leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

- Encourage team participation and ownership to achieve project goals with efficiency and innovation.
- Engage and manage third-party engineering and construction consultants or firms as required.
- Act as a liaison for technical and commercial support during contract negotiations.
- Travel to field locations as required to oversee execution or resolve technical issues.
- Demonstrate alignment with the company's core values — Integrity, Ownership, Urgency, Alignment, and Innovation.
- Maintain professional attendance, punctuality, and adherence to established work schedules.
- Ensure all facilities and projects are designed and operated in strict adherence to company standards, local, state, and federal safety, health, industry codes, best practices, and environmental regulations (e.g., API, ASME, etc).
- Manage and coordinate all engineering and technical aspects of a project, including design reviews, specification development, and technical queries (TQs).
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry codes (e.g., API, ASME), regulatory requirements, company standards, local, state, and federal safety, health, best practices, and environmental regulations.
- Flexibly manage all assigned roles and responsibilities to support projects and general operations.

- Proven background in Project Engineering and/or Project Management roles.
- Strong knowledge of oil and gas production processes, equipment (separators, pumps, compressors, pipelines, control systems), and facility design principles.
- Strong knowledge of cost estimating, budgeting, scheduling, planning, and contracting processes.
