Job Overview;

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of real estate development projects from inception to completion.

This includes managing budgets, schedules, design, construction, consultants, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and technical expertise in real estate development and construction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle from feasibility through design, approvals, construction, and handover.

* Collaborate with architects, consultants, and engineers to finalize project concepts and designs.

* Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

* Manage and monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

* Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.

* Oversee procurement strategies and contract administration.

* Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (building codes, safety, environmental, etc.).

* Prepare and monitor project budgets and cash flows.

* Control project costs, approve variations, and manage value engineering initiatives.

* Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

* Liaise with internal stakeholders (finance, sales, legal, design) and external partners (consultants, contractors, government agencies).

* Lead and mentor a team of project engineers and site managers.

* Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.

* Enforce quality control and assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle.

* Implement health, safety, and environmental management systems on-site.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field (Master's preferred).

* 7+ years of experience in real estate project management, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.

* Proven track record of delivering large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.

* Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project controls, and contract management (FIDIC knowledge preferred).

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
