Role Description

This is an on-site, contract role for a Food and Beverage Supervisor located in Benin City. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will oversee daily food and beverage operations, maintain service standards, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring efficient food service delivery, monitoring quality and hygiene standards, and assisting in employee training. The supervisor will also address customer inquiries and complaints, as well as collaborate with the management team to optimize performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills, including team management and staff coordination
  • Proficiency in implementing and maintaining Service Standards
  • Experience in Food Service operations and food safety practices
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to solve problems under pressure
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings
  • A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is advantageous
