  • Ability to follow instructions from chefs and supervisors.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Physical stamina by standing for long periods, and lifting light items.
  • Time management to keep the kitchen running efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with basic food preparation such as washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients.
  • Keep the kitchen clean and organized, including work surfaces, floors, and equipment.
  • Wash dishes and utensils using manual or automated methods.
  • Restock ingredients and kitchen supplies as needed.
  • Dispose of waste properly and maintain hygiene standards.
  • Support chefs during busy periods with simple cooking tasks.
  • Follow all food safety and health regulations.
