This entry-level role is designed for young professionals who want to build a career in business development, consulting, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support the development and execution of business development strategies aimed at increasing the firm's client base, service adoption, and overall market visibility.
· Conduct industry and market research to identify potential clients, partnership opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive activities across the HR and consulting landscape.
· Assist in prospecting, lead generation, and sales outreach through calls, emails, digital channels, and physical meetings.
· Participate in the preparation and presentation of proposals, service portfolios, pitches, and customised client solutions.
· Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools and structured reporting methods.
· Support the planning and execution of business events, webinars, and client engagement sessions organised by the company.
· Manage brand presence through social media engagement, networking activities, and community involvement initiatives.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, Communications, Economics, or any related field.
· 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, HR, or customer-facing roles (NYSC members or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
· Must reside in Ibadan, preferably around Bodija and environs.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Strong interest in HR, consulting, client engagement, and strategic problem-solving.
· Familiarity with CRM tools, digital marketing, or sales platforms is an added advantage.
· Self-driven, organised, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
