ob Title: Project Manager (MEP, Safety, Fire & Security Systems)

Company: Androit LTD

Androit LTD is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager with strong expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, Safety, Fire Protection, and Security systems. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of project management experience in these fields.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and execute projects within scope, budget, and deadlines
  • Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, fire codes, and security standards
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Track project progress and prepare regular status reports
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective measures

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP, fire protection, safety, and security-related projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of relevant industry codes and standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Engineering or technical background is an advantage
