About the Role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Digital marketing specialist to develop, manage, and grow our online presence across all major platforms. The ideal candidate must be skilled in social media strategy, content creation, community engagement, and graphics design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Create high-quality content (graphics, videos, captions) tailored to each platform.
  • Design visually compelling graphics using tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
  • Manage daily posting schedules and monitor performance metrics.
  • Respond to messages, comments, and audience interactions professionally and promptly.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Conduct competitor and trend analysis to recommend improvements.
  • Prepare monthly social media performance reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
  • 2–3 years proven experience as a Social Media Manager.
  • Strong graphics design skills (must provide portfolio).
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, TikTok).
  • Experience using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of content trends, reels, and community engagement best practices.

  • Experience in digital marketing or copywriting.
  • Basic video editing skills.
  • Knowledge of paid ads and analytics tools.
