We are looking for a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns that drive traffic, leads, and revenue.

You will own key digital channels, analyze performance, and continuously improve ROI across paid and organic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube, email Marketing etc.)
  • Manage and optimize paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising), paid social, display, retargeting, and video advertising campaigns
  • Create, test, and refine ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting strategies
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation
  • Own organic channels: SEO (on-page & technical), content marketing support, email marketing/newsletters, and organic social media growth
  • Set up and maintain conversion tracking, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and pixel implementations
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using dashboards (Google Data Studio/Looker Studio, Supermetrics, agency tools, etc.)
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to improve CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS
  • Collaborate with content, design, and web development teams to create high-converting assets and landing pages
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, new platforms, and privacy regulations (iOS 14+, GDPR, CCPA, cookie deprecation)
  • Manage monthly budgets and deliver accurate pacing and forecasting.

Requirements

  • 4 + years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / paid media
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling ad budgets of $50K+/month with strong ROAS or CAC/LTV targets
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube), Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and at least one additional platform (TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Twitter/X, Programmatic DSPs)
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas)
  • Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console)
  • Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing-page best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Nice-to-HaveAgency experience or experience working with e-commerce/DTC brands, SaaS, or lead-generation businesses

Certifications
:

  • Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.
  • Experience with automation tools (Zapier, scripts) or bid management platforms (Smartly, Marin, Skai)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow)
  • Copywriting or design skills (Canva, Figma, Photoshop)
