Purpose / Role

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage the planning and execution of digital campaigns that support brand visibility and business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online platforms, creating engaging content, optimizing digital performance, and supporting integrated marketing efforts that align with offline activities. This role is key to ensuring strong online engagement and brand positioning in the digital space.

Prime Responsibilities /duties


• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), email, PPC, and the company website.


• Develop compelling, SEO-friendly content including blogs, videos, and infographics that align with the brand tone and reflect ongoing offline activities.


• Maintain and optimize social media platforms and websites to improve performance metrics such as SEO ranking, engagement rate, and bounce rate.


• Manage paid digital advertising (PPC, retargeting, display ads), including campaign setup, optimization, and budget monitoring.


• Analyze digital campaign performance; track KPIs such as traffic, conversion, and engagement rates, and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.


• Oversee online community management—respond to feedback, manage complaints, and escalate issues appropriately.


• Organize and execute virtual events such as webinars and webcasts to enhance digital brand presence and audience engagement.


• Keep abreast of digital trends and emerging technologies, especially in mobile and performance marketing; recommend and implement innovative tools and strategies.


• Support offline marketing efforts by creating and managing digital content that complements physical marketing materials.


• Assist in product launches, in-store events, and networking functions by generating digital coverage and social engagement.

Experience


• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.


• Proven experience in managing digital campaigns, SEO, PPC, and social media platforms.


• Strong content creation and copywriting skills.


• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and content management systems.


• Experience in organizing and promoting online events is an added benefit.


• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.


• Experience working with digital marketing and social media strategies is an advantage

The Person


• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.

• A team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
