The Head of Finance will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning. This role involves leading the finance team, managing budgetary processes, and providing financial insights to support decision -making. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve organizational goals.Oversee financial reporting, including budget preparation, financial statements, and forecasting.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk.Collaborate with other departments to support financial aspects of business initiatives.Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Provide strategic financial advice to the executive team.Requirements REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional qualification.Proven experience in a senior finance role, with at least 8 years of progressive financial management experience.Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.Exceptional analytical and problem -solving abilities.Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.Excellent communication skills for presenting financial information to non -financial stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and fast -paced environment.
