Recruiting for Head of Finance

Location: Lagos

IT Horizons is recruiting for an exceptional Head of Finance to oversee the financial strategy, treasury management, and investor relations across our subsidiaries.

In this role, you'll:


• Lead financial planning, reporting, and control functions to support informed decision-making.


• Build strong banking and investor relationships to ensure sustainable funding.


• Champion compliance, transparency, and operational efficiency.


• Provide leadership and mentorship to a high-performing finance team.

Requirement


• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA is a plus).


• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent).


• 12+ years of experience, including 5 years in executive finance leadership.


• Strong command of GAAP/IFRS and proven strategic financial management expertise.


• Experience in the IT sector is an added advantage.
