JOB DETAILS:

  • We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team and help us maintain a positive workplace culture while effectively managing all aspects of human resources.

Key Responsibilities



ADVERTISEMENT
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent. Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview processes.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related issues. Resolve conflicts and promote a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance evaluation processes, support managers with feedback, coaching, and the development of performance improvement plans.
  • Training & Development: Design and implement employee development programs. Ensure training opportunities are available to enhance employees' skills and career growth.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Administer compensation plans, employee benefits programs, and ensure compliance with company policies. Analyze market trends and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Compliance & Legal: Ensure the company's adherence to labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices. Stay updated on changes in employment law and advise leadership accordingly.
  • HR Metrics & Reporting: Develop and track key HR metrics. Provide regular reports on employee turnover, engagement, and other relevant data to senior management.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the employee lifecycle, from onboarding new hires to conducting exit interviews for departing employees.
  • Policy Development: Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements.

Salary
N250,000 – N350,000 Monthly.
