Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic
Program & Partnership Manager
to support the Founder in leading, managing, and delivering impactful initiatives aligned with our mission. The ideal candidate will oversee programs and partnerships from planning to execution, ensuring operational excellence, effective stakeholder engagement, and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Program Management

  • Plan, implement, and oversee programs in line with organizational goals.
  • Monitor progress and evaluate outcomes using defined performance indicators.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance program impact.

Project Management

  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Coordinate activities, meetings, events, and outreaches for smooth execution.
  • Track performance and address deviations from project objectives.
  • Supervise and support interns and ad hoc team members to ensure efficiency.

Partnerships & Communications

  • Develop and execute communication strategies to promote initiatives.
  • Create and manage content for newsletters, social media, and outreach materials.
  • Engage partners, donors, and stakeholders to strengthen collaboration.
  • Evaluate communication effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.

Reporting & Evaluation

  • Prepare detailed reports on program progress, outcomes, and impact.
  • Analyze data to assess effectiveness and guide strategic planning.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting that meets organizational standards.

Compliance & Confidentiality

  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection policies.
  • Handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience managing programs within NGOs or non-profit organizations.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong Leadership experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
