Job Summary

This role is critical. You will be on the front lines, delivering tangible value and building trust with our community from day one. You will take the lead on our first two major initiatives: administering a vital scholarship fund and forging strategic partnerships with educational institutions across the nation.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of our inaugural scholarship program, from creating the application process to selecting and supporting deserving students.
  • Identify, connect with, and build strong relationships with universities and vocational schools, negotiating valuable tuition discounts for all Noblesse Tribe members.
  • Work directly with the Director of Operations to lay the groundwork for all future community programs, establishing the gold standard for how we serve our members.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in program management, project coordination, or a similar role. You are meticulous, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple priorities flawlessly.
  • Excellent communicator who can confidently represent Noblesse Oblige, build rapport, and negotiate effectively with external partners.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a lean environment. You can independently manage projects from conception to completion.
  • Must be deeply committed to creating opportunities for others and believe in the power of education and community support.
