Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Human Resource and Quality Control Manager to join our team on-site in Lagos. This role involves managing Human Resource operations, developing and implementing HR strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Additionally, you will monitor and enhance the quality of teaching standards, evaluate operational processes to ensure excellence, and collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals. The position requires excellent communication and management skills.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Human Resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance
  • Proficiency in Quality Control, process evaluation, and improvement strategies
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage teams effectively
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to ensure high standards in all operations
  • Previous experience in the education or language training sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Familiarity with German language education or intercultural programs is an advantage
