Our client in the hospitality sector is seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resources Officer to manage and enhance all HR operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR functions within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is up-to-date
  • Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Coordinate training, development programs, and performance reviews
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
  • Manage attendance, leave schedules, and payroll support functions
  • Support management in fostering a positive workplace culture
  • Monitor staff welfare, health, and safety practices
  • Provide HR reports and analytics to management

Requirements:

  • BA/BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of HR experience (hospitality experience is an added advantage)
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor regulations, and compliance
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, customer-focused environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools
