We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Service Agent (Loan Collections)

Job Locations: Kubwa and Maitama - Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday

Job Description

  • We are seeking proactive and professional Customer Service Agents to join our team.
  • The ideal candidates will handle outbound and inbound calls to customers whose loans are due for repayment, ensuring excellent customer experience while maintaining strong follow-up and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact customers with due or overdue loan payments via phone calls.
  • Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers regarding loan repayment options.
  • Update customer records and payment statuses accurately in the system.
  • Follow up diligently to ensure timely repayment.
  • Escalate complex cases to the supervisor or relevant department.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND / NCE / HND / B.Sc in any discipline.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage difficult conversations.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Previous experience in loan recovery, telemarketing, or customer service is an added advantage.

Compensation

Salary: N70,000 – N100,000 + Performance Based Commission monthly
