Job Overview

We are seeking a courteous, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, drivers, and partners. This role combines front desk responsibilities with digital customer support across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in visitors and customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-app messaging.
  • Resolve ride-related issues, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
  • Monitor active rides and driver activities through live tracking and surveillance tools.
  • Identify and escalate safety issues, emergencies, or service disruptions promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Coordinate with drivers and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Provide clear information about FleetOne services, pricing, and policies.
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use customer support systems.
  • Calm, patient, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a calm approach at all times.
