Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Director for FMCG distribution at Givanas Group, located in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Sales Director will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing customer relationships, managing the sales team, and driving business development. Daily tasks include setting sales goals, analyzing sales data, developing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Sales Director will also collaborate with other departments to create and implement effective marketing and sales tactics to achieve the company's growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales and Sales Operations
- Expertise in Customer Service and maintaining strong client relationships
- Experience in Team Management and leadership
- Strong capabilities in Business Development and strategic planning
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Lagos State, Nigeria
- Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
